Stockton Aviation Research & Technology Park

SARTP - Building 1

The research park will be a state of- the-art, high technology, integrated, and dynamic research environment that will provide national and international leadership for the future of aviation. Located on 58 acres adjacent to the campus of the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center, the Atlantic City International Airport and the Atlantic City Expressway. And easy driving distance to major metropolitan areas including New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C. Hamilton Business Park

Located on Route 40 in Mays Landing (Hamilton Township, Atlantic County), New Jersey, in the heart of Southern New Jersey. The 690-acre park was created in 1976. Its light manufacturing and industrial zoning has attracted a broad variety of uses, including professional offices, schools, warehousing, medical facilities, banking, scientific testing, light manufacturing and state, county and federal government agencies.

Egg Harbor City Industrial Park

Egg Harbor City Industrial Park is steeped in history as a manufacturing/business center with a skilled and dedicated workforce. Accessibility to major east/west and north/south highway systems and its proximity to the Atlantic City International Airport and Stockton University combine to make this an attractive site for any business. A limited number of fully improved building sites are available in Phase I of the Egg Harbor City Industrial Park.  The city has started an expansion program, which will open up additional building sites in Phase II of the park.
